Returns Policy

This guarantee is valid for MIRA watches purchased from www.mirawatch.ch within 2 years from the date of delivery ("MIRA watch guarantee") and all maintenance and repairs must be carried out by MIRA watch approved agent. For watches not purchased from www.mirawatch.ch, the MIRA watch guarantee will be void ab initio. MIRA watches have undergone rigorous quality control in accordance with the highest standard of the Swiss watchmaking industry.

Care Instructions

MIRA watches are an automatic mechanical precious product which requires appropriate care. We recommend that you have it serviced every 2 years by a MIRA watch approved agent.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Items

MIRA watches undergo comprehensive quality control and are subject to quality checks for any fault and/or damage before they are sent/delivered to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

You may return items purchased online within 7 days of receiving them should there be any malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Any returned items found to be used, washed, damaged or altered in any way or with the MIRA watch tags detached or removed will be re-shipped or delivered to the sender at his/her costs. At our discretion, a refund or replacement may be issued.

In the case of a refund, it will be credited to the account used to make the purchase but initial shipping costs, tax, levies and duties will be excluded. Please note that refunds may take at least 14 days for Paypal purchases.

All items returned must be attached with the courier invoice of the returned items should a refund of the courier fees is requested. However, initial shipping costs, tax, levies and duties cannot be refunded. Shipping cost, tax, levies and duties of faulty or damaged items or replacements will not be charged after the initial delivery.

We will endeavour to repair the returned items. For non-repairable items, we will issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Should you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team via email.
